"Una donna a Roma" is Italian, roughly, for "one woman in Rome." I'm not going to Rome alone by any means (there are probably 20 people going with me as part of the program), but it is my first time going to Europe and leaving the cozy confines of North America. I've studied Italian for only about two years now, so I'm nowhere near fluent, but my love of languages extends very naturally to the language of my abroad-country this fall.
